Mr Vusi S. Bhila, a natural Entrepreneur and Passionate businessman identified gaps in the market in the space of transportation, logistics and Project Management and that gave birth to TSEMBALAMI which means “Our Hope” in Siswati.

In 2008 TSEMBALAMI LOGISTICS & PROJECTS was established and operated on small scale doing logistics, transportation and building renovation jobs in and around Johannesburg suburbs. We grew to new heights when our services were in demand by corporate clients such as Geen And Richards, Livingstones, Ascort Beds, etc.

In 2013 new opportunities were identified in Kwazulu Natal in the then booming construction sector especially the public infrustructure projects such as bulk water, sanitation, and low cost housing and we responded to the need by relocating our offices to be close to the centre of our operations.

We have since grown into a serious business creating over 40 job opportunities over the years and partnering with among others, King Cetshwayo District Municipality, Umkhanyakude District Municipality, Department of Basic Education, Department of Public Works, Deparment of Justice, MASS-MART, CAMBRIDGE FOOD, PICK N PAY, FRESH STOP, MONDI, SHELL, Mugg N Bean, Wimpy etc.

Though we are a 100% black-owed company we don’t bank on our BBBEE status, rather we strive and pride ourselves in providing exceptional service by ensuring highest standards of delivery and exemplary professionalism for an entity of our size, which keeps our clients highly satisfied and thus continue doing business with us.
